US Basketball
US Basketball has been one of the basketball clubs in Amsterdam since 1951. Our motto is "if you can't beat us, join US". Be warned: US will feel like an extra family!
All US teams have a 75-minute workout on Wednesday evening. In addition, some teams also train on Friday evening.
We play home games on Sundays in the Amstelcampushal.
After the training sessions and competitions, many members can be found in the canteen for the necessary fun. Or in the stands to cheer on the other teams. A wonderful mix between competition and fun where everyone feels at ease.

Then go to the NBB website or in the Sportlink app: basketball.nl.
Join Us
Do you like basketball and socializing? Then you're in the right place at US Basketball! At US you can train twice free of charge to see which team fits you best. If you like this, fill in this form . For example, we can quickly invite you for a trial training with one of our teams or the group of free training members. When a suitable team is found, you will receive a registration form and we can complete your registration at US Basketball.
Have you played for another club in the past 5 years? Then make sure you are deregistered there and are guilt-free. The debt release will now be declared online via Sportlink.
If you want to leave the US, send an email to secretaris@usbasketball.nl with your cancellation. This is the only way to officially cancel! If you do not unsubscribe, you will continue to pay dues (even if you have told your coach and team).
Termination of membership for the new season must be done before May 1. No refund of membership fee in case of early cancellation after the start of the season (September 1). Costs if cancellation after 1 May are a one-off amount of € 50, see below.
- Cancellation for the following season (free of charge) before May 1
- Cancellation for the following season between May 1 and August 31: costs € 50
- Cancellation for the following season between September 1 and May 31: costs of full season contribution
- Register between August 1 and December 31: full season subscription
- Register between January 1 and March 31: reduced season contribution rate
Disclaimer regarding unsubscribe from US:
When you unsubscribe, you give up all of your rights to play in a team. The board then assumes that there is room in a team and will forward the new registrations to this team. You will not have priority over new members when you register again.

Do you want to play basketball, but rather no competitions? That is also possible at US! We have an enthusiastic recreational team that trains in the Apollo hall on Tuesday and Thursday evenings!

Contribution
We use the following membership fees at US
Match player training 2x a week: €284,-
Competition player training 1.5x a week: €270
Match player training 1x a week: €257,-
Holidaymakers: €155,-
Students get a 10% discount on their membership fee at US

Leave US
